POSTERS
The content of the posters must be original and unpublished.
The author will present the poster in electronic format, e-mailing it, with the subject heading “Poster Section”, to: comunicaciones@fundacionprevevida.org before 1st of September 2008.
- Any graphic material may be used to make the poster, provided that it can be displayed on a flat panel with its size adjusted to 90 x 120 cm (vertical format)
- Once this is accepted by the Technical Committee the author will be notified by an e-mail from the Technical Secretariat before September 15th, 2008.
- For certificates to be issued, it is essential that the poster is presented by one of the authors who is registered for the Congress and that he or she is present until the end of the session. The number of original certificates issued will be the same as the number of authors named on the poster presented.
- Originals should not be sent to the Technical Secretariat but will be displayed directly in the poster room.
- Posters that are accepted should be put up by the author in the area and space reserved for this purpose. Authors will be duly informed of this by the Technical Secretariat.
- Presentation:
Authors will be informed where to position their work by e-mail from the Technical Secretariat.
All posters must have been hung on the appropriate panel before 09:30 h on November 27th, 2008. They will remain on display until 15:00h on the following day, November 28th.
