OFFICIAL SPONSORSHIP

The condition of OFFICIAL SPONSOR will give the right to the following sponsorship privileges:

1. Inclusion of the company logotype in a highly visible position, preceded by the phrase “Official Sponsor” on the following informative and promotional elements:
   • Official Congress folder
   • Commercial pamphlets for those attending
   • Document supports
   • Advertisements publicising the event in the printed media
   • Promotional posters
   • Main 1st Congress banner in the conference rooms
2. Eight complimentary registrations to attend the Congress
3. Four invitations to the Gala Dinner on the same table as the Congress Organising Committee.
4. Use of a 6m2 stand for the duration of the Congress with the following features:
   6m2  modular stand measuring 3m across by 2m deep
   The modular stand includes:
• Floor space rental
• White panelling with white anodysed aluminium profiles
• Grey flecked carpeting
• 300W frontal lighting with 3 adjustable spotlights
• 15 amp electrical panel
• Standard vinyl signage without insignias
• 80cm diameter round table
• 3 chairs
• Lockable information desk
5. Distribution of corporate information, supplied by the sponsoring company, to all those attending the event.
6. Inclusion on the official Congress website of the sponsoring company's logotype, with links to its web page
7. Access to lists of those attending the Congress
8. The opportunity to participate in the Official Programme of the Congress
9. The opportunity to present products and hold meetings, etc. during the Congress

The Committee will publicise and generally make known the company's presence as OFFICIAL SPONSOR OF THE CONGRESS at all working meetings, press conferences and similar gatherings.
