FREE COMMUNICATIONS
DEADLINE FOR ABSTRACTS SUBMISSION: AUGUST 31st 2008
Anyone who is registered can participate by sending in original and unpublished abstracts related to any area of the Congress.
Each communication must be accompanied by a brief summary which should not exceed half a page of A4 paper.
- Summaries (400 words) and finally admitted abstracts must be submitted electronically under the subject heading “Free communication section” to the following e-mail address: comunicaciones@fundacionprevevida.org .The closing date for the submission of communications is 1st of September 2008.
- Once the communication is accepted by the Technical Committee, the author will be notified by e-mail from the Technical Secretariat before 15th of September, 2008.
- For certificates to be issued, it is essential that the presenter is one of the authors of the communication and is registered for the Congress, and that he or she is present until the end of the session. As many original certificates will be issued as the number of authors named on the communication presented.
- Presentation:
The presenting author must use the Congress Powerpoint template to present its communication.
The presenting author must appear in person before the moderator in the room at least 30 minutes before the start of the session.
The maximum time permitted for oral presentation is 15 minutes for each communication. After this session, there will be a discussion in which the moderator and others present will be able to ask questions.
- Presentation for book of abstract:
For communications to be published in the book of abstracts, authors will have to stick to the norms exposed in the guide for communications (spanish pdf) .
